Leasing Consultant
Description: Our Leasing Professionals are very sales and customer service driven. You must have a knack for marketing and leasing vacant and upcoming apartment homes. Leasing Professionals are responsible for creating a vital first impression of Greystar to our clients. This position requires the ability to organize and multi-task to complete paperwork, handle resident relation issues and perform any additional duties as requested. The best candidate will have a strong commitment to quality for our residents.•Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartment homes
•Completes all leasing paperwork (Must retain confidential information)
•Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to new leasee
•Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements
•Assists with resident relations
•Keys in necessary lease information into the computer
•Shows apartments to prospective clients
•Accepts rental payments
Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED. Previous leasing experience is preferred.
